BIG BROTHER - Nominations confirmed...

It's been confirmed that the three boys saved from being up for eviction, by the girls, are Steven, Marlon and Chris...

That means that Winston, Mark, Ash, Christopher and Matthew are all up for the chop.

Surprised?

I've got to say I slightly am by the lack of Ash being saved by Helen... Maybe the girl isn't as powerful as people think. Especially as Ash 'jokingly' told Helen he would be well-annoyed if she didn't save him.

From the video - which you can see on the BB app - Jale seemed to have lots to say in the girls' reasons for saving the three they did. Did she have the upper hand?

We'll see the full scenes of how and why the powerful ladies made their decisions in tomorrow night's show.

I just thought I'd let you in on who's up...

Now, though, it's time to watch tonight's BB. Where Danielle's in tears again, Ashleigh is bitching and the ladies are treated to a posh lunch. All while snooping on their male housemates...

Let's do it!!

EASTENDERS - The Carter's do the Spice Girls!

It's Linda Carter's birthday next week - and her family make sure it's full of surprises!

The rest of the clan arrange for Mick and Linda's eldest son, Lee, to make a return from Afghanistan for the special day, where he is currently serving in the Army.

Linda will also be introduced to youngest boy, Johnny's new boyfriend, Gianluca - who we saw Johnny meet in Friday's episode. I can imagine this introduction to be slightly awkward, as Linda is still secretly struggling to come to terms with Johnny'd sexuality, albeit admitting she will try harder to allow him to grow up and make his own decisions.

The biggest surprise for Linda on her birthday, though, will surely be the sight of her family dressing up as the Spice Girls and serenading her in front of a packed Queen Vic!

Zig-a-zig-ahh!
Johnny, ironically dressed as Baby, Lee as Scary, Nancy as Sporty and Tina as Ginger really get the party started - but maybe the biggest shock of all is Mick's impression of Posh Spice!

I don't know about you, but I think it suits him...

Mick has been perfecting his pout!

CORRIE - Sean's 'never done before storyline'...

Coronation Street actor Antony Cotton has revealed that his character Sean Tully will be at the centre of a 'controversial' new storyline in the soap.

Antony, who has just signed a new one-year deal at Corrie, teased the upcoming plot during an interview with Attitude magazine.

"[My new contract] sees Sean staying at number 11 until at least August next year, with a very exciting and unique storyline beginning this Autumn. By the fact that Sean is a resident homosexual of the parish, it is a gay storyline. It's going to be a story that's never been done before and it is a great story. I'm thrilled and very excited by it."

Antony also added that the plot will definitely get people talking:

"It's areal honour for us to do it, because it's going to wind a lot of people up. Fans of the show will enjoy it and it'll be fun. But there is an element to it that I think will get some people wound up."

Coronation Street are also planning another shock story, where 12-year-old Faye Windass becomes pregnant

Sean's character has had his fair share of heartbreak, so let's hope it's not more man-trouble...

What do Corrie fans think Sean's next drama will be?

BIG BROTHER - Will Girl Power work?

Last night saw the third lady leave the Big Brother house... Yep, we said tarraaaa to Toya.

Big Brother then let the Housemates know that this was Girl Power week. With not a Jenny Thompson mention in sight.

All of the remaining girls in the house were granted power, meaning that none of them (including Jale) was up for next week's eviction. Of course this meant that all of the boys, were.

How do we think this next week will go down?

On Monday the girls will be able to save a few of the boys from being up on the chopping block - but with each girl being close to a different boy or two - this will surely lead to fireworks.

Helen will no doubt have Ash's back, Danielle, Ashleigh and Jale are all friendly with Christopher, Chris and even Matthew, and everyone likes Mark.

Marlon and Winston are also in the Helen gang, but I'm interested to see how quickly Kimberly will fight for Steven's survival. I'm still convinced that she's into him about as much as Mark is into not straightening and blow drying his hair!

The Girl Power situation also opens up exactly how much the girls will work together. After all, Ashleigh told Toya that she would 'tear shit up' if she was granted powerful status and Helen, Danielle, Kimberly and Jale aren't backwards when coming forwards.

It'll either make friends where friends currently aren't or cause even wider rifts.

And how will the un-saved fella's deal with being up for Noms?

If Ash's reaction last week was anything to go by, it doesn't bode well!

Let's hope this new Girl Power keeps Spicing Up our Life!

BIG BROTHER - Shock new housemate alert!

This interests and excites me as a Big Brother fan!

There are whispers that Jenny Thompson, the girl who had a threesome with Helen Wood and a certain footballer - and who then sold her story, bringing Helen rage (and we all know how Helen's rages go!) - will soon be entering the Big Brother house.

Eek! This is going to be great viewing, should it be true!

Will Big Brother REALLY put Jenny Thompson in,
knowing what trouble it could possibly cause?
I say 'should it be true' as even I'm not 100% sure Big Brother would:

1. Be so, so cruel.

or

2. Allow a situation that could possibly, potentially, blow up the house in a way even 'Fright Night' with Victor and Emma (the ex-housemate, not presenter!) involved could.

What do you guys think?

How shocked will Helen be to see Jenny, should she enter the house?
It'll be entertaining, but definitely uncomfortable viewing.

It has been reported that Jenny said to the Daily Star:

"I want to jump out of a grandfather clock and see her face when I tell everyone what a bullying b***h she is and how the public all hate her. I will drive her out."

Ooo-err, indeed.

With Eviction Night being tonight, it could be perfect opportunity to chuck a new housemate in (and possibly give them Power), but will it really be Jenny Thompson?

Only time will tell...

Meanwhile, who do you think will go tonight?

HOLLYOAKS SPOILER - Cindy's mystery man revealed, and it's a total jaw dropper!

Last night in E4's first look Hollyoaks, Cindy's 'mystery man' was revealed to be her ex-boyfriend Rhys Ashworth.

The only trouble is - Rhys is dead.

Cindy sees Rhys in her imagnation
In a heartbreaking plot, which will see Cindy suffer from bipolar disorder, Rhys is back for a number of Hollyaosk episodes, as a figment of Cindy's imagination, as she begins her emotional journey.

Andy Moss, who plays Rhys, has given an interview with Digital Spy, where he chats about his shock return to the soap.

Cindy has had a testing few months - after being embroiled in covering up Dr Browning's murder with Lindsay and Mercedes, to having Browning's baby son prematurely, to having to cope with her little boy's health problems.

Troubled Cindy is suffering with Bipolar Disorder
Hollyoaks is never one to shy away from hard-hitting and, at times, taboo, subjects - which is why, I believe, it was crowned Britain's Best Soap at the awards this year.

Andy Moss told Digital Spy:

"Rhys represents her [Cindy's] bad thoughts... It starts off quite light as Cindy sees Rhys and she still believes that they're having an affair, but then over time it becomes quite dark."

Tune in to Hollyoaks tonight, on Channel , at 6.30pm to see Ryhs' return or E4 at 7pm to get a first look at what happens next.

EASTENDERS - Stacey and Jean return!

Here are the first behind-the-scenes pictures of Stacey and Jean Slater back on the EastEnders set.

Stacey and Jean return to EastEnders this Summer
Stacey is currently in prison for absconding from the police (and then confessing to killing Archie Mitchell) and Jean is happily living in Brighton with her partner Ollie.

But, as these pictures show, Jean ends up in hospital, with Stacey visiting her, accompanied by a prison guard.

Something's tickled our Stace!
The story line is being kept under wraps at the minute, but EastEnders executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins has said:

"Stacey and Jean have such a rich, loving but difficult history. There is still so much to plumb between them as we delve deeper into what it means to have bipolar disorder as a mother but also as a daughter. There are some truly heartbreaking scenes ahead for our audience."

Why is Jean in hospital?
Stacey and Jean last appeared on screen together on Christmas Day 2010, but Lacey Turner, who plays Stacey, is now back full-time with the soap (how will she get out of jail?!) and Gillian Wright, who so brilliantly plays Jean, is back for a short guest stint.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the pair back on screen, albeit if it is for a short time.

What do you all think the future will bring for the Slater women?

EASTENDERS - Who's Johnny's secret boyfriend?

Johnny Carter soon returns after running away from his overbearing mum, Linda - and it seems the youngster has a love interest on the horizon.

Having been partying it up at Gay Pride, it's been rumoured that Johnny comes home full of smiles, with a phone non-stop buzzing with texts and a love bite on his neck!

Johnny returns with a new boyfriend
Johnny will be desperate to hide his new man from Linda, who is still struggling to come to terms with her son's sexuality, but the rest of his family - including dad Mick, played by Danny Dyer - will surely be supportive of Johnny's new romance.

His sister, Nancy, has been fighting hard for Johnny to finally let go of the apron strings, trying to convince Linda to let him grow up and be his own person.

But will Linda be able to?

And why is she so protective over her youngest?

Whispers tell me that we will soon delve deeper into Linda's history and realise why she is the way she is.

BIG BROTHER - Helen gets a warning as tempers flare...

Finalist Helen Wood has received a formal warning from Big Brother after yet another argument...

Now, Helen, who was granted a golden ticket to the final by Pauline, is fully aware at how vile she can become after one or two shandy's, but still doesn't seem to be able to stop the poison from falling out of her mouth.

She's always 'sorry' the day after, and sits in the Diary Room saying that she understands how she becomes after a drink. Call me cynical, but I say 'just don't drink' if you're fully aware at how disgraceful it makes you become...no?

Helen's in trouble - again!
Anyhow, Big Brother - having previously expressed concerns to Helen regarding her behavior - has finally given the Manchester lass a formal warning after the 1000th row this week between the housemates.

If Helen doesn't heed this warning, will she be chucked out?

Or should BB instead have revoked her golden pass to the final and allowed the public to vote for its new owner?

In other Bruv news, Jale has become the brunt of name-calling again, as Ash (who's been getting close to Helen. No coincidence - just saying!) has called her a 'slug' after realising that she nominated him.

Mark jumped to Jale's defence, telling Ash: "You don't need to say things like that to people." And he's right. It is Big Brother after all... you have to nominate someone, people!

Lastly in today's bite-size Big Brother piece, Ashleigh (not Ash, this is the girl version I'm talking about now) has expressed her desire to become Power Housemate.

Ashleigh wants the Power!
Having grown tired of living with 'absolute mouthpiece' Helen, and that she'd enjoy her time in the house much more if Helen wasn't there.

Well, she's in the final as it stands, so Ashleigh's gonna have to cope with it!

Little Ashleigh says she's sick of being looked upon as the 'sweet, innocent' one and reckons she would 'tear s**t up' if she had power. Ooo-err!

It actually feels like I've been watching this bunch for a whole lot longer than three weeks - in a good way, of course!

I can actually imagine, no matter who next gets power, that the house will only erupt more. I can predict someone being ejected, more back-stabbing (look out for Kimberly on that one I think) and definitely more fireworks.

Who so you guys want as next Power Housemate?

And who do you think will go tomorrow? My money is on Toya...

HOLLYOAKS - Does Sienna kill Darren?

I've gone from hating Sienna to feeling sorry for Sienna, and now, I have to say - I quite like Sienna!

She's a character who takes you on a roundabout of emotions, and those are the character's in soaps, who have staying power...

But Sienna may soon be back in people's bad books again as she inadvertently puts Darren Osborne's health in serious danger.

With her trial coming up for kidnapping Tom, Sienna - who just wants to be reunited with her long-lost daughter - tries to convince the schoolboy not to testify against her.

This, as you can imagine, goes down like a lead balloon - especially when Darren finds out and threatens her.

Taking her revenge, Sienna nicks Darren's angina spray, which Darren needs to stop him having another attack - leaving him to go off camping with Nancy without it.

Of course - Nancy and Darren's trip takes an unexpected turn when the rowing pair fall out, after Darren admits that he's had second thoughts about allowing Tom to testify against Sienna.
Nancy storms home and leaves Darren in the camping field alone...where he has another heart attack.

Sienna, knowing she has Darren's medication, sees Nancy in the Village and panics when Nancy reveals she has left Darren to it.

Have Sienna's actions killed Darren?

EASTENDERS - The mystery of when Ronnie returns...

Last night saw Ronnie Mitchell up sticks and leave Albert Square... Again!

But, fear not, Ronnie fans - we've been promised that the most troubled of the troubled Mitchell sisters will be back by the end of Summer.

Ronnie left us after revealing to a shocked Phil that she not only has been harbouring a gun - although I'm not sure why Phil would be shocked by this, considering all the things he's harboured over the years! - and as he reminded Ronnie, she killed a guy and crushed him in the back of a car. Considering this, a gun is nothing in Mitchell faaaaamly land.

The second shock which Ronnie has been hiding is 'duff duff duff' - she's pregnant!

Presumably with Charlie Cotton's offspring, whom she has now dumped.

I, along with a cast of Ronnie Mitchell fans, really hope that Dominic Treadwell-Collins allows Ronnie to finally get a little piece of a happy ending with the baby she has desperately wanted for years.

What will happen when Ronnie returns?
Now, if Ronnie does return with baby-in-tum, and Charlie works out it's his, I think that a new power couple of the Square could be born.
Ronnie clearly has a messed-up mind at times and we still haven't delved deep enough to know exactly what it is Charlie is hiding. Is he even really a Cotton? And it would give Dot a whole family to fuss over...

I also can't help but think that the writers and DTC wouldn't be able to resist adding a new twist in the Ronnie tale.

We all know that Ronnie's sister Roxy's man Aleks (kept up?) already has a wife and child back in Latvia, so he's not shy about the whole 'cheating' thing. And with Roxy about to get her revenge on Aleks, when she finds out about his philandering ways - will he be able to charm his way back into Roxy's heart. And if he does... how much of a shocker would it be if Ronnie was a notch on the Market inspector's bed post, and it turns out the baby is actually Aleks'?

I can imagine it now - "Well, you did it to me Rox..."

And Roxy did - with Jack - which resulted in Amy.

Last night's episode had us all wanting more from Ronnie... I can't wait to see how her story unfolds when she jumps back into that taxi to the Square!

After Rick blackmails Sonny into letting Robbie go, he also threatens to tell all about Sonny leaving Detective Marlow to die, on the night of Fraser Black's murder.

Rick, however, might soon regret crossing the not-so-charming Valentine when he pushes him too far - resulting in Sonny going absolutely mental and beating Rick to a pulp.

Sonny, having beaten Rick up, leaves him for dead
After the crime, Sonny calmly walks off into village.

Tonight's hour-long episode airs an emotional tribute to Manchester's favourite chavvy barmaid, as Tina is laid to rest.

Unable to cope with her emotions, Tina's flatmate Steph decides to remember her friend in her own way and misses the funeral to stay at home and remember Tina in her own way.

This is when Steph finds a video on her phone of herself and Tina dancing around the flat to S Club 7's Reach. I don't know why it's S Club either... So don't ask!

After the episode, the full scene with Michelle Keegan will be available for fans to watch on Coronation Street's official website.

We all know that it was Rob Donovan who killed Tina last month, and with whispers of a prison set being built at the Corrie studio, it looks like someone's gong to down for it sooner rather than later.

Will killer Rob get caught out?
My guess is it won't be Rob - just yet. But wth Rob's sister Carla full in the frame, will he let her go down for his crime? Or will Rob frame Carla's husband, and Tina's former lover, Peter Barlow?

Then again, there might be another twist in this murderous tale...

BIG BROTHER - the house erupts!

It's all kicked off (again!) over on Big Brother - as this week's nominations have finally been confirmed.

After Pauline's Friday night eviction - which wasn't a shock, as I thought she'd go, and was also watched by over 1million people, apparently! - it was announced that Toya had been nominated (by the housemates, remember) to be the next Powerful one.

The first twist in the new tale - she had to pick a partner in crime. She picked Matthew, to the surprise of some people both in and out of the house. The pair then had to choose one housemate to immediately go up for eviction this week. Unsurprisingly, Toya had the upper hand to choose Christopher. Who she simply seems to just not like very much!

Toya wasn't very popular in the house this weekend
Over the weekend, the housemates nominated Danielle, Chris, Ash, Kimberly, Steven and Winston to be up for eviction, along with Christopher and, of course Jale, who is up each week thanks to not-powerful-anymore-as-she-has-been-evicted Pauline.
But, Big Brother had a new twist in the tale when Matthew and Toya had to choose three housemates whose noms were to be counted as VOID.

This took Kimberly off the chopping block - causing a mighty row - with housemates demanding answers from Toya and Matthew about what was happening.

Toya was accused by Ash of 'disrespecting' the housemates, Winston called her 'Sylvester Stallone' with Toya hittng out at Marlon, calling him 'a sheep.' Oh dear!

But, alas, it still did not end!

Big Brother then gave the power couple another task.

They could choose one housemate to be saved again from going up for public vote - apart from their original nom Christopher and Jale.

And they chose... Steven to be saved. But this came with a price. One of THEM to go up in his place...

So this week - Winston, Jale, Ash, Chris, Marlon, Christopher, Danielle and TOYA - are all up for the boot.

Who goes, as they say... You Decide!

Joey Essex educated Brazil! (Or was that the other way round!)

Joey Essex was educated (kind of!) in Brazil!

When I think of Joey Essex, like most people, I smile - because you just know he's about to do something, or say something, that will make you laugh. Just ask Keith Lemon... He's a favourite on Celebrity Juice, of course! He's also a favourite of mine - and not just because he reminds me of a certain little cousin I have, who's not called Joey. He's called Dean instead.

But, anyway, by his own admission - Joey hasn't got the most common sense - but he isn't stupid. He knows what's he wants and where he's going, he just might need a little guidance on the directiion!

Tonight, on ITV2, we saw the second installment of 'Educating Joey Essex' - where Joey flew off to Brazil - all ready for the World Cup. (Thanks again, England!)

Before he set off, Joey was able to spell Brazil without looking at his phone, he also tried and tried again to get the names of all the England players right... It didn't look good, considering that he once thought Eric Cantona was a football team!

So, as the brilliant Philip Schofield (who couldn't turn down the job of narrator!) said, 'who else could we send?' on a tour of Brazil, ending with a prostegious invite to the World Cup opening ceremony...

And with that, off Mr Essex went!

On arrival, Joey (who still hadn't grasped the offside rule!) arrived at the same hotel as the England squad and woke up the next morning with his hair looking like poo.

He then set off to meet his guide Jaiõ - but not before eating a corn roll (that would be corn on the cob) and being proposed to!
Jaiõ began by explaining to Joey all about Copacobana (like the song sang by Gary Barlow in Joey's world!) and Jaiõ was then given a lesson on all things Essex by the boy named Essex.

The following day, Joey decided to grab a tan on 'Barack Obama' beach... Copacobana to me and you! Jaiõ then took him on a trip to a place in Brazil that wasn't known to be 'safe.'
Joey was about to see Favela Rocinha. A place notorious for crime. Hiding his iPhone away, Joey met a man named Peanut to show him around.

He shopped, played football with the kids and - in true Joey fashion - had his hair done! But not before being petrified in the process!

Beyond the laughs and jokes, seeing the Favela touched Joey.

Next, it was on to San Paulo - and the first stop was a visit to a monastery - where Joey could only describe as 'is this Lord of the Rings, or something?' Bless him.

And while on a tour of the monastery, Joey spent time looking for wizards! Bless him, again!

The priest was certainly taken by Joey - who invited him to play football with the rest of the priests - dressed in a cassock. Brilliant, if only for the outfit, matched with sunglasses, of course...

And yes, Father Essex scored!! Even if he did think he looked like he was dressed as the Grim Reaper!

That night Jaiõ took Joey off to the rainforest. Where Joey thought they had ended up in the Bahamas... Yes, the Bahamas! This was going to be good.

After being told the range of animals they could possibly be seeing (including Marmosettes, which Joey had once been bitten by in the first Educating Joey episode!) they walked - or rather fell - into the forest.

Their first spot was a frog... Which made Joey very happy. This was their first and last spot - apart from a moth! - but Joey didn't care. He was excited for the World Cup opening ceremony.

To get him in the mood, Joey met the most fanatical Brazil fan EVER, who was called Nelson. This man's house breathed Brazil. It was like something else... He said he'd seen every Brazil game in his lifetime.

It's lucky that Nelson isn't an England fan... Or he'd be a very depressed man!

After being appropriately dressed in a Brazil footy get-up, Joey said goodbye to Jaiõ and hopped into the Nelson's car-come-fairground-ride to head to the big ceremony.

Excited - and having changed into his England shirt - Joey joined in the dancing and singing.

He then shows just what a lovely, sweet person he is. Realising that Nelson doesn't actually have a ticket to the opening ceremony - and Brazil vs Croatia, Joey gives Nelson his ticket.

This sums up the education of Joey Essex - it doesn't matter what he learns, or not as the case sometimes may be. This guy is a genuine sweetheart.

Forget Team England. I'm Team Essex!

HOLLYOAKS - A McQueen mess!

The McQueen's will be finding themselves in the middle of a couple more messy situations in tonight's E4 first look episode, as Nana turns thief and Mercedes goes detective.

With Grace Black's trial for attempting to kill Joe Roscoe fast-looming, Mercedes finds herself stumbling across some evidence that could see her bring down nemesis Grace after all.

Mercy and Freddie Roscoe have joined forces to try and get rid of Grace and her nasty ways once and for all.

Mercedes catches Grace in the act
The feisty McQueen, who Grace has asked to be a witness at her trial, stumbles across Grace handing the judge a big wad of cash - bribery to get her off.

She really is her father, Fraser's, daughter, eh!

Left fuming by what she's witnessed - what will Mercedes do next?

Elsewhere, Nana McQueen breaks all the rules of 'faaaammmily' (oops, sorry, wrong soap!) when she steals from her granddaughter Carmel.

Carmel's fiance - dodgy cop (well dodgier than Sam Lomax!) - Sonny Valentine gives his bride-to-be £1000 to put down as a deposit on their wedding venue. Although, I'm still trying to work out how much younger Sonny is to Carmel, or whether it's one of those 'secret soap age-change' things. I'm sure that when Carmel was with Sonny's brother Calvin - Sonny was just a young teen?

Nana McQueen is in awe of the £1000!
Anyhow, Nana's eyes light up brightly when she spots the handful of cash, because she knows how much it would help her debt - so she sneaks the envelope out of Carmel's handbag and pays her bills.

Poor Nana McQueen has been worrying about the money troubles for some time - but how will Carmel react when she finds out what Nana's done?

BIG BROTHER - Eviction time and a new Power Housemate!

It's EVICTION night once again!

And Pauline is the favourite to leave the house tonight - just days after being favourite to WIN!

To be fair, as I mentioned a few days ago, Pauline hasn't done herself many favours what-so-ever, so my money would be on her to go, too. Although, as we've seen in previous series', anything can happen in the world of BB.

Pauline is up against Steven, Marlon, Jale, Christopher and Ash - all thanks to Chris' power this week - and if she does go, it could be a complete game changer in that house!

Pauline has gone from hero to zero...
In new news - TOYA has been voted to be the new Power Housemate, after her fellow roomies nominated who they would like to see as the all powerful one.

It's not yet known whether or not the rest of the house know that Toya is the chosen one, or whether Toya has been told to shhhhh...

I'm not sure how I feel now about Toya. After quite liking her, the last few days I've seen another side to her and feel as though, she too, could be a troublemaker a-la Helen and Pauline. I also feel like Toya may not be as strong in making 'Power Housemate' decisions as she may like to think she is.

Time will tell!

How will Toya fair with the power in her hands?
I also don't know what Kimberly is up to, but I think she fancies herself as a little Casanoverette!

Steven is so into her it's almost cringe-worthy, as she shows him no emotion, but leads him on anyway - then chooses to get lathered up with Winston! Of course, this cued a well-rounded bitch fest between Helen and co...

Poor Steven might end up heartbroken not before long!

Kimberly and Winston share a shower... Oo-err!
Jale has also been telling Big Brother that she feels better now Helen, Pauline and Toya are speaking to her. I feel as though Jale is the kind of person who likes to be liked - and as much as I'm pleased the girls have stopped their near bullying of her - I hope that Jale doesn't change too much, now that the 'cool kids' are beginning to accept her.

If it was me, personally - I couldn't forget the way they had been treating her.

Jale seems to have forgiven and forgotten
So, it's now over to the public to decide 'WHO GOES,' and to Big Brother to let us in on what's in store for new Power Housemate, Toya...

Whatever will happen next?

CORRIE - Shock child pregnancy plot

Coronation Street's Faye Windass is to fall pregnant at the young age of 12.

Fans may think that this new storyline isn't much of a shocker, as Gail Platt's daughter Sarah-Lou fell pregnant as a 13-year-old teenager, back in 2000. But at the age of 12, Faye is going to be the youngest person in soap to go through pregnancy.

Faye will become pregnant - aged 12 - in Corrie's shocker story
Faye's mum Anna is set to be devastated, as she has been struggling to cope with her troubled daughter since adopting her a couple of years ago.

I can also imagine the pregnancy causing shockwaves at the Webster's household too, where snobby Sally is in a relationship with Faye's biological dad, Tim.

Gail can be a support to Anna - as her daughter Sarah-Lou had a baby at 13
Any more info on the story is yet to be released - but Corrie's eagle-eyed viewers will surely be wondering who the daddy will be, as Faye has yet to have any sort of young-love interest, and whether or not Faye will actually keep the baby.

I think this possibly has the potential to be one of Coronation Street's strongest stories this year...

"I've asked Chloe out on a date so we'll have to wait and see... We'll see how it plays out,' he told Now magazine.

It looks like the pair have gone from 'just dating' to something more by the look of these romantic pics of them on the beach...

I hope this is lasting love for Chloe!
I hope Chloe finally finds her Mr (W)right - sorry, couldn't resist! - as we last saw her looking a tad heartbroken after ending her fling with Mario Falcone.

Here's hoping for a happy love story for a change - because it doesn't look as rosy in Charlie Sims and Ferne McCann's relationship.

An apparent video of Ferne and a mystery fella is said to have caused tension between the pair, with this all coming after Ferne forgave Charlie for cheating on her in the last TOWIE series.

All of this drama, and we haven't even seen the full-time return of Lydia yet, or how Arg deals with his ex being back on the scene.

There's also the whispers of Gemma having a new man herself!

Thank goodness we only have to wait until Sunday to see the fireworks...

EASTENDERS character to suffer stroke...

A major EastEnders character is set to suffer a major medical crises when they have a stroke.

Patrick Truman will fall ill in a new storyline, which will take viewers on a journey from the first signs something is wrong, to the stroke happening and the severe consequences that Patrick will suffer afterwards.

The stroke is said to have a huge effect on Patrick, and his close ones - which will be followed for the rest of the year.

Patrick Truman will fall ill with a stroke
"This is a truly important storyline as strokes affect so many people in so many different ways. We are all working very hard on this and I hope Patrick's story can help raise awareness," said Rudolph Walker, who plays Patrick.

In the statement, EastEnders Executive Producer, Dominic Treadwell-Collins, also added:

"This is an important storyline in so many ways. Not only does it give the wonderful Rudolph Walker a chance to shine, but we also hope to raise awareness of the warning signs that come before a stroke and the difficulties of caring for the elderly in 21st century Britain."

Patrick's shock stroke is bound to also affect close friend, Dot, as her husband - and Patrick's best bud - Jim Branning - has been in residential care since suffering a stroke himself.

Jim's storyline came when actor, John Bardon, had a stroke himself, in real life, in 2007.

Jim Branning - Patrick's best friend - played by John Bardon,
also suffered a stroke, both in the soap and in real life
After having a second stroke, in 2008, Jim was seen on screen on and off, until May 2011, when, due to John Bardon's health problems, the character went to live in a care home.

EastEnders has worked with The Stroke Association, stroke survivors, and other charities to help research the story, which will air later this year.

EASTENDERS - A surprise face, a runaway - and even more secrets?

What does Rainie know?
So - what does returnee Rainie Cross want with Ian? Or is that, what does Ian want with Rainie?

Seeing her surprise return last night quietened some of the whispers that the secret 'R' on Ian's phone was indeed Ronnie Mitchell. Those speculators were wrong...

Now it could be that Rainie (who we know has a history of problems with drugs) was the one supplying Lucy with cocaine before her murder.

Some fans are even wondering whether Ian is now on the white stuff himself - but I'm thinking that, maybe, the grieving father and Rainie have history from when Ian was living on the streets?

Either way - it could be one or more of these - actress Tanya Franks who plays Rainie has said on the EastEnders Official Website:

"Let's just say it has something to do with the murder. I'm not saying that I am part of the murder and I am not saying that I am not part of the murder. Rainie does have some involvement with Ian Beale. I'm just going to say that, but keep watching."

Rainie's return may also have consequences for other Walford residents...

How will Cora react if she catches a glimpse of her prodigal daughter?

'Enders fans may also remember that it was Rainie's fling with Phil Mitchell that left him hooked on heroin a few years back...

Will Phil resist Rainie, should she make a play for him once again?

I bet Shirley will be thrilled to see her too, especially as Shirl' will be admitting her true feelings to Phil herself, while Sharon is laid up in hospital!

Talking of Sharon, last night, we saw her get attacked in The Albert, while Johnny Carter hid upstairs, too frightened to help.

This, and the added pressures from his mum, Linda, causes the youngest Carter boy to play runaway next week.

Linda is fussing non-stop around Johnny, and when she interferes with his University tutor after learning that he's failed some of his exams, Johnny goes for revenge.

Johnny's off!
Knowing what a terrible singer his mum is - Johnny sets her up at The Vic's karaoke night - resulting in a blazing row between mother and son.

Johnny has finally had enough - and packs his bags.

Will he return?

I can't help but see all of this merge into one - and with it, spill out yet more secrets revolving around the Lucy Beale murder.

Did the same culprit hurt Sharon? Does Johnny know more than he's saying?

As much as all evidence points towards the sacked doormen, maybe they were a red herring?

How much does Rainie know about the night of Good Friday? As tonight she blackmails Ian, as she's the only one to know his real whereabouts while his daughter was being murdered.

So many questions, with so much speculation!

Remember, this is still only the beginning...

Trust no-one EastEnders fans - absolutely no-one!

EASTENDERS - Dot Cotton films special War Scenes

EastEnders is set to screen some special, emotional, scenes to mark the centenary of the First World War.

June Brown is taking centre stage
Dot Cotton and Lee Carter are the two cast members who will take centre stage in the upcoming episode, although many other characters are present at the memorial service organised by our Dot.

Viewers met Lee, son of Mick and Linda Carter, in April when he visited his family, having taken leave from the Army.

Real life soldiers were also said to be present during the filming of the scenes.

Dot, played by June Brown, once had a stand alone monologue episode, being the only character so far to do so. The character has often spoken about her War experiences from when she was a child - having happily been evacuated to Wales and bought up by a couple she calls Auntie Gwen and Uncle Will.

Lee Carter will soon be a permanent fixture on Albert Square
Meanwhile, Lee Carter, played by Danny-Boy Hatchard, has had his own tough experience while serving, and is said to be making a full-time return to the Square in the future.

Digital Spy spoke to an EastEnders source who said:

"The show thought it was really important to mark the Centenary."

EastEnders will air these special scenes in August.

BIG BROTHER - The Power's got Pauline!

Over the last few days, I've noticed game changes, personality changes and paranoia settling in nice and comfortably in the Big Brother house.

Since Powerful P lost her - erm - power... and Cunning Chris gained it (didn't see that one coming, public, but good choice, none the least) the games have really begun.

Firstly - poor Jale... Now, I didn't take to this woman at first. But over the last few episodes, I don't know what the other housemates are seeing. I don't think she's jealous of Pauline, and I certainly don't think she wants to be the 'Alpha Female.'

The rest of the gang (especially Pauline's disciples) think that Jale is the powerful one... and tonight (I think!) we see them find out that it is in fact, little Chris - and they'll all be eating their words, and feeling slightly silly! Jale, meanwhile, will still be falling about, laughing at the madness, in the Diary Room!

Another suspect was Kimberly, and then there was a whisper that Marlon looked shifty.

I can't wait to see their faces when they realise that Chris has been the one nominating.

Pauline, Christopher, Steven and Ash have all been nommed by Chris - while Jale is also up - as she will be each week, thanks to Pauline's Killer Nomination, last week.

Chris is the secret Power Housemate - and I can't wait to see their faces when they realise!
These poor housemates - their brains must be working ten to the dozen.

My favourites at the beginning are also starting to change. As Emma Willis said - the reason she loves civilian BB is because your perceptions of people change so much throughout the course of the show. It's true.

I liked - and still do like - Pauline, but she's in danger of being evicted this week. I think the mind games are affecting her the most, actually.

The ex-powerful P fails to listen, and once she has a bee in her bonnet, that's that. She and Helen need to be careful as not to come across as bitchy towards those they have a not-so-grand opinion on.

I liked Helen to begin with, too, but she can certainly sway me, as she has said certain things to make me like her less. I hope she's not so comfortable at being chosen to go all the way to the final that shethinks she can say and do whatever she wants, and turns into 'Horrid Helen'.

Pauline also HATES being nominated. If we could have an England goal for each time she said 'I'm not bothered' or 'It's tactical, so I'm not worried' - then England could easily be World Cup 2014 winners this year!

I'm also waiting to see if Pauline is putting bullets in people's guns to fire - and thinks she can get away with it - as she has her army of close friends in the house around her.

Toya also needs to watch out as she could easily end up a victim of this... She's sweet, yet easily lead, I think.

So far - I can see Pauline being the 'Julie Goodyear'and Jale the 'Coleen Nolan' of this year's BB.

Whatever happens - it's addictive viewing.

I can't wait to see who's gong to be the next one in power - or who's to be evicted...

It could be a complete game changer.

CORRIE - Tina's real killer isn't even a suspect...

It was Rob!
We now all know that it was Rob Donovan - in the Street - with the lead piping!

Yes, with the cobbles' residents still reeling from Tina McIntyre's murder, and with the blame solely looking to be on Peter Barlow, real killer Rob must be feeling home and dry.

Although, I can't be the only one who's noticed him gibbering uneasily, especially since Tina's mum rocked up on the Street.

But Rob, really, really, need not worry - as Tina's mum, Ann, doesn't suspect him at all!

Lorraine Hodgson, who plays the grieving mum has told the Blackpool Gazette:

"Ann comes in to sort out the funeral arrangements and Rita takes her under her wing. It all kicks off at the funeral, but I can't say too much. Ann doesn't suspect Rob at all, she knows things have gone on, but she's not sure about what."

Rob's nervous, as Tina's mum, Ann, arrives...
Having come in for just a three week stint, Lorraine also admitted that she would love the role to be extended.

Maybe Corrie writers could concoct an affair between Ann and Rob?

Now that would be explosive!

Especially, as all things do in soap land, when the truth about what Rob did is finally revealed...
