EASTENDERS - Patrick's health deteriorates

Patrick Truman's massive stroke storyline begins next week, when the Square favourite begins to suffer from frightening symptoms.

After a heated argument with Cora Cross and Stan Carter, who drunkenly deface a picture of Patrick's doctor son, Anthony, who's appearing in a medical magazine, Patrick fumes, still, while home alone.

As he gets more and more agitated, Patrick begins to feel terrible pains, and whilst clutching his arm, he slumps to the floor.

Patrick hides his health concerns from his friends and loved ones...

Later on - feeling better, although shocked and in denial - Patrick hides his worries from his friends and even performs on the karaoke at Linda Carter's birthday bash.

Will any of Patrick's loved ones realise what is happening - or will Patrick suffer in silence before it's too late?
